I. Preparation

1. Common tools such as screwdrivers, electrician's pliers and wrenches: 1 set, used for disassembling car shells and covers to facilitate installation of equipment;

2. Multimeter: 1 for measuring forklift voltage and finding VCC, GND and ACC of the forklift;

3. Electric screwdriver (hand-held): 1 set, mainly used to directly drill the forklift and fix the equipment;

4. Hand drill (220V power supply): 1 set, mainly used for directly drilling the forklift steel column or steel plate;

5. Rotating screws: 1 bag, size 12 # * 1 inch, used to directly drill and fix equipment for forklift steel column or steel plate;

6. Spare wires: 4 core wires 10 meters, used to extend equipment wires;

7. Power converter: 1, the normal power of electric forklift equipment is usually above 48V, and the internal voltage regulator generally does not have 12V normal power output. 8. Fuse (3A): 2 (used in series with VCC line and ACC line of equipment)

Installation steps and specifications

(A), the installation of the host

According to the structure of the forklift, a reasonable installation position is selected. The equipment is generally fixed on the roof support rod on the right front side of the forklift, located under the rearview mirror, and the bracket is fixed to the forklift with the rotation screw and the host is installed.

Step 2: Select the control method

Method 1: Controlling the ACC installation method

Locate the forklift truck's ACC line at the electric door lock position and cut it off. Connect the relay in series and seal the wiring port with electrical tape.

Method 2: Control seat switch installation method

Find the two wires that connect the seat switch, cut one of them short, and connect the relay in series.

Step 3: Wiring. Part of the wiring must pass through the interior of the locomotive, and must not be exposed to the outside. Exposed wiring must be equipped with a corrugated tube to prevent being impacted or pulled to cause line failure. The wiring must ensure the beauty of the vehicle. The line must be fixed to the car body with a cable tie.

(IV) Commissioning

After installation, power on the device, measure the wheel diameter of the front wheel equipped with a wireless speed sensor, enter the wheel diameter value into the device (path: system settings → sensor configuration → wireless speed sensor → wheel diameter) and change the wireless speed sensor Installation direction (L is left, R is right).

Important Notes:

1. Installation tools must be prepared before installation to improve installation efficiency;

2. Before connecting VCC, you must use a multimeter to measure the power supply voltage of the forklift and determine whether to use a power converter. Be careful not to burn the equipment because the voltage is too high;

3. There are signal cables inside some locomotives. Be sure to find the correct power output cable. Do not mistakenly use the signal cable as a power cable to power the equipment.

4. Before wiring, determine the control method to avoid repeated wiring;

5. When installing the warning light horn, select the installation position, and then fix the holes to prevent the use of signal lights or lighting lights;

6. The installation of the equipment must not affect the normal use of the vehicle, cannot block the driver's view, and cannot affect the daily maintenance and disassembly and assembly work. The convenience of the driver's operation of the equipment must be guaranteed
