LED Forklift Speed Limiter

The forklift speed limiter, developed by WTsafe, is an early-warning device designed to monitor speeding behavior of operators driving forklifts and other industrial vehicles.

Its key advantage lies in its “mandatory speed limiting” feature, which enforces a maximum speed cap, thereby significantly enhancing operational safety.

Without compromising the original power performance of the vehicle, it effectively controls the travel speed and curbs drivers’ speeding violations.

Features of the Forklift Speed Limiter:

Real-Time Speed Display:

Equipped with a wireless speed sensor, it monitors the forklift’s speed in real time and displays it on a screen (or LED display), raising the operator’s awareness.

Three-Level Speed Alert:

Level 1 Alert: Default setting at 8 km/h. When exceeded, the warning light flashes.

Level 2 Alert: Default setting at 10 km/h. Triggers flashing warning light + “ding-dong” sound.

Level 3 Alert: Default setting at 12 km/h. Activates flashing light + voice alert: “Overspeed, please note.”

Mandatory Speed Restriction:

If the speed exceeds the preset limit, the system triggers both visual and audible warnings (“Overspeed, please note”) and automatically controls the throttle to enforce the speed limit. Even if the driver aggressively presses the accelerator, the speed will not exceed the preset value.

Voice Alerts from Audio-Visual Alarm:

Includes warnings such as: “Forklift, please note!” and “Reversing, please note!”

Compatibility:

Supports a broad voltage range of 12–48V, suitable for both diesel and electric forklifts.

Remote Management:

All parameters are configured via remote control. The device itself has no physical buttons, preventing unauthorized personnel from altering settings.
