AI-Powered Collision Avoidance System
The AI-Powered Collision Avoidance System adopts next-generation AI edge computing technology, delivering strong processing power with millisecond-level response. The system defines two protection zones (warning zone and braking zone). When a pedestrian enters the warning zone, the system immediately triggers audible and visual alarms and automatically reduces the forklift’s speed. When a pedestrian enters the braking zone, the system issues an audible and visual alarm, enforces speed reduction, and activates automatic braking.
With a detection range of up to 13 meters, the system can accurately recognize various human postures (standing, walking, running, squatting) as well as partially obstructed states. The protection distance can be flexibly adjusted according to different operational scenarios, ensuring safety requirements are met across diverse working conditions.
