AI Forklift Anti-Collision System uses deep learning and AI vision for precise monitoring. It tracks the surroundings in real time, establishes multi-level alerts based on pedestrian proximity (2m, 3m, 5m), and automatically triggers warnings. At dangerous distances, it stops the forklift based on speed and braking distance. All alarm videos and images are recorded for analysis.

The system can delineate two-tier protection zones (Warning Zone, Braking Zone). Upon personnel entering different zones, it automatically triggers tiered alerts:
Warning Zone: Alarm + Speed Restriction;
Braking Zone: Alarm + Speed Limitation + Active Braking.

The system supports precise detection within a 5-metre range, intelligently recognising various human postures (standing, walking, running, crouching/sitting) and partially obstructed conditions. Protection distances can be flexibly adjusted according to actual operational scenarios to ensure safety requirements across diverse working conditions.
